Bak'd On The Bay Terms of Service Effective date: July 12, 2026 These Terms of Service govern use of the Bak'd On The Bay website, community features, applications, event tools, ticketing links, profiles, directories, communications, and related services operated by Hemptations LLP and powered by Beslyfe platform technology. Acceptance Of Terms By accessing or using cannadispo.com, creating an account, submitting an application, creating a profile, purchasing or accessing tickets through linked services, or using community features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Event And Platform Purpose Bak'd On The Bay is an event ecosystem for attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, performers, businesses, community members, and event operators. The platform is designed to help people discover meaningful opportunities, relationships, events, businesses, education, and community connections. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to enter cannadispo.com or use Bak'd On The Bay site features. You are also responsible for ensuring that you are legally allowed to access the site, participate in the event, submit applications, buy tickets, vend, sponsor, speak, perform, or interact with cannabis-related content. Some event activities may have additional age, location, identity, business, licensing, or legal requirements. The site is not directed to children. Do not use the site if you are under 18 or are not legally eligible to participate in the relevant event activity. Accounts And Security You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password, impersonate another person, access another account without permission, or attempt to bypass account, approval, payment, or security controls. We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or content when needed to protect users, event operations, legal compliance, security, or community trust. Applications, Approvals, And Listings Submitting a vendor, sponsor, speaker, performer, attendee, profile, or other application does not guarantee approval, placement, acceptance, booth assignment, listing visibility, event participation, or any business outcome. We may review, approve, reject, feature, hide, edit, or remove listings, profiles, applications, and directory content to support event operations, safety, accuracy, legal compliance, and community quality. Tickets, Payments, Packages, And Third Parties Ticketing, payment, package access, and external checkout links may be provided by third-party services such as AXS, Eventbrite, payment processors, or other event partners. Those services may have their own terms, fees, refund policies, privacy practices, and support processes. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, all purchases, packages, sponsorships, vendor placements, advertising, and event participation decisions remain subject to availability, approval, payment status, event rules, and operational requirements. Community Rules Users may not post, upload, message, or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, invasive of privacy, infringing, spammy, sexually exploitative, malicious, or designed to disrupt the site or event community. No one should post or interact anonymously where member identity or account approval is required. Community actions should come from the account and profile authorized to take them. User Content You are responsible for content you submit, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, media, application answers, business information, logos, and other materials. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content. By submitting content, you grant Bak'd On The Bay and its platform operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, support, and improve the event ecosystem. You retain ownership of your own content, subject to rights you grant and rights held by others. Social Platform Connectors Future social platform connectors must use official OAuth or API flows and explicit admin approval. Do not provide social media passwords, app secrets, access tokens, backup codes, or private API keys through public forms, Admin OS notes, messages, or support requests. Admin approval of a draft, flyer, caption, or publish package does not itself publish to any external platform. External publishing requires a separate official connector, permissions, audit trail, and confirmation flow. Artificial Intelligence And Recommendations The platform may use automated systems or AI-assisted tools to help draft content, organize workflows, recommend next steps, or surface opportunities. These tools are intended to support human decisions, not replace them. Users and admins remain responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on or approving them. Prohibited Conduct You may not attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the site, database, admin tools, event operations, user accounts, security controls, or third-party integrations. You may not use the platform to send spam, harvest data, impersonate others, manipulate metrics, evade approvals, or violate applicable laws. No Guaranteed Outcomes The platform is built to create opportunity, but no specific attendance, sales, revenue, sponsorship, partnership, employment, mentorship, investment, exposure, ranking, traffic, or business result is guaranteed. Disclaimers The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, availability of any event feature, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party service. Information on the site is for event, community, and business coordination purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Limitation Of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bak'd On The Bay, Hemptations LLP, Beslyfe platform operators, event partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the site or services. Privacy Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://cannadispo.com/privacy, which explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how to request deletion. Changes To These Terms We may update these Terms as the event, platform, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Contact For questions about these Terms, contact admin@cannadispo.com.
