Provide Outside Security

Bak'd On The Bay is seeking an independent, qualified security company for the full operating timeline at the Erie County Fairgrounds.

Coverage Under Review

Final staffing, hours and compensation will be set in writing. The requested scope begins with vendor and sponsor setup Friday, September 25 at 5:00 PM and continues through Sunday teardown and final departure.

Setup & Load-In

Traffic, access, vendor property and venue coordination beginning Friday at 5:00 PM.

Overnight & Camping

Fairgrounds patrol and incident response while approved vendors and sponsors camp in designated areas.

Two Event Days

Entry screening, public areas, vendor marketplace, parking, emergency coordination and final teardown.

Security is risk reduction, not a guarantee. The agreement states that Cannadispo and Hemptations LLP do not take custody of vendor or sponsor property and that the outside security company does not guarantee against every theft, loss, injury or other incident.
