Buy With Confidence

Bak'd On The Bay has moved to the Home Show Building at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Wattsburg. Use the confirmed fairgrounds address when planning your trip.

1. Complete Eventbrite Checkout

General Admission is currently $15.00 plus a $2.85 Eventbrite fee, for a $17.85 total. Payment and card information stay with Eventbrite; review the final total and complete payment in its hosted checkout.

2. Keep The Confirmation

Use the email connected to your Eventbrite purchase. Keep the order confirmation available in case staff needs to help at entry.

3. Prepare Your Mobile Ticket

Open your Eventbrite ticket before reaching the door and have the ticket QR code ready for staff to scan.

4. Bring Valid Photo ID

Every guest must be 18 or older. Event staff will verify age and scan the official provider ticket before recording attendance.

Fast Event-Day Entry

Staff use the official provider gate tool first, then Cannadispo records privacy-minimal attendance totals for live event operations.

Official Validation

Your provider ticket must pass the official gate scan. Cannadispo's attendance counter does not replace provider validation.

Privacy-Minimal Attendance

The attendance system immediately hashes the stable ticket or order reference and stores only the one-way hash plus its final four characters.

Duplicate Protection

A stable reference can only be checked in once. Staff can undo a record only to correct an entry mistake.

Live Operations

Authorized staff can see tracked sales, check-ins, remaining entries and lane activity in one event-day control room.
